Confidential fact-find
We meet, in person, by video or by phone, to understand your family, your assets in the UAE and abroad, and what you wish to protect. Everything you share is held in the strictest confidence and processed in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- 02Week 1–2
Tailored recommendation
We present the structure best suited to your circumstances, DIFC, Dubai Courts, ADJD or a cross-border arrangement, together with a clear scope and fixed fee.
- 03Week 2–4
Drafting by associated counsel
Our associated legal firm, AZ&Co Legal, drafts the documents. We review every clause with you in plain English before anything is finalised.
- 04Week 4–6
Signing & registration
Your will is signed under proper witnessing protocols and registered with the appropriate UAE authority. You receive certified copies and secure digital storage.
