These Terms govern your use of the Heirkin Legacy website and our consultancy services. By using this site you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of our services
Heirkin Legacy is an estate planning consultancy operating in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a law firm and do not ourselves provide legal services or legal advice. All legal drafting and registration of wills is performed by our retained partner UAE law firm, AZ&Co Legal, under a separate engagement agreed in writing.
3. Information on this site
Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Personal advice should be obtained from a suitably qualified professional in respect of your specific circumstances.
4. Engagement
A formal engagement only arises once a written engagement letter (issued by Heirkin Legacy and, where applicable, AZ&Co Legal) has been signed and any required deposit received.
5. Fees
Indicative fees are stated on this website in good faith. Final fees will be confirmed in writing at engagement and may vary depending on complexity, jurisdictional scope and registration costs.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us in the strictest confidence and process personal data in line with the UAE PDPL, see our Privacy Policy for further detail.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, logos and imagery, is the property of Heirkin Legacy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Heirkin Legacy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from use of this website or our services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from them.
